Claire from yoga 7 has been teaching yoga in Worcester for the past 6 years offering traditional yoga to people of all abilities. DFY perform The Visitors

Inspired by birds, their mannerisms, their flight, their groupings.

Worcester DFY (Dancefest Youth) is a group of 13-18 year olds led by Elizabeth Crosswell that meet weekly for contemporary dance and choreographic workshops where they create new work. Join them as they perform work inspired by the birdlife of The Ring and beyond.
